Yes. We carry a comprehensive $2,000,000 general liability policy. Once your booking is confirmed, our operations team can issue a certificate naming your venue and organization as additional insureds.

What are the power and footprint requirements?

We require a standard 10-Amp dedicated outlet within 20 feet of the booth setup. For the physical space, a standard 10x10 foot area with a minimum 8-foot ceiling clearance is ideal to accommodate backdrops and guest traffic.

Can you accommodate multi-day or multi-city activations?

Absolutely. We specialize in regional and multi-city activations. We offer dedicated account managers and unified assets to maintain brand consistency across all tour stops. Contact our accounts team directly for logistics.

How is lead capturing and data stored securely?

All lead data is processed via secure TLS channels and stored in encrypted databases. We customize user check-boxes to ensure compliance with local policies, and can configure automatic database deletion post-event if requested.
