Client Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless activation, the client is requested to prepare the following setup requirements prior to our team's arrival:
- Provide stable high-speed WI-FI connection
- Minimum 10 x 10 ft Dedicated Space for setup
- Dedicated power supply access point within 20 feet
- Direct contact coordinator details for setup logistics
- Allow 2 Hr. Setup time and 1 Hr. dismantling time
Booking & Reservation Process
We offer maximum flexibility to lock in our services for your special date. Review our policy process below:
Review and sign the digital rental agreement during reservation. No immediate payment is required to save your spot.
A 50% deposit secures and locks in your date. The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 7 days before the event.
The remaining balance is requested to be paid prior to the event setup and start time.
