Apex Snaps Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") provides luxury digital photo booths, 360 platform rentals, and custom photo activations. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and safeguard your personal information and any media captured by our photo booths at your events. By booking our services or interacting with our online portals, you agree to the terms described herein.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To deliver our premium event activations, we collect the following types of information:
- Contact & Booking Information: Full name, email address, phone number, billing address, and organization details.
- Event Logistics Data: Event date, venue name, address, setup time, package preferences, print templates, and event schedules.
- Captured Event Media: High-resolution photos, short video clips, GIFs, and slow-motion footage captured by our DSLR or iPad camera equipment during your active event hours.
- Digital Sharing Logs: Phone numbers and email addresses entered by guests at our sharing consoles to retrieve their captured media.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We process data for clear, specific reasons aligned with delivering an exceptional photo experience:
- Service Execution: Coordinating setups, logistics, customization of overlays, and billing.
- Instant Social Sharing: Delivering captures via SMS, Email, AirDrop, or QR Code during the event.
- Media Galleries: Hosting password-protected or public digital albums post-event so you and your guests can download captures.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring operations comply with local regulations and protecting our equipment against unauthorized usage.
Note: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or captured media to third-party advertisers or brokers.
4. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
We prioritize data safety with modern, industrial-grade practices:
- Payment Processing: All credit card details are handled via fully PCI-compliant third-party systems (such as Stripe). We do not store raw card numbers.
- Media Storage: Event photos and videos are securely stored in our cloud infrastructure (via Cloudinary or Firebase).
- Gallery Expiry & Takedown: By default, we retain digital event galleries for twelve (12) months. Event organizers can request the early deletion of their online gallery or specific photos at any time by contacting us.
5. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICE
You maintain control over your personal data. You may request to:
- Access all personal data or captured media files associated with your name or booking.
- Correct any inaccurate contact details in your client space.
- Delete specific event photos, video reels, or entire online folders.
- Opt-out of any promotional or newsletter distributions.
